For the past decade Dawn has continued her education as a Muscle System & Mobility specialist.
Since 2003 Dawn has taught numerous massage courses including Craniosacral Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, and Deep Tissue & Neuromuscular Therapy. She currently teaches Anatomy & Kinesiology and Advanced Myofascial Release and Sports Massage at the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute.
Kaitie, always having favored an active, athletic lifestyle growing up, decided it was only natural to dedicate her career to helping others incorporate movement into their lives as well. She specializes in corrective exercise and injury prevention as a Certified Personal Trainer, and has recently received a license in Integrative Massage Therapy from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. She became a Massage Therapist to be able to serve her clients in a more holistic manner, bringing massage and movement together as a tailored treatment based on the needs of the individual.
She loves seeing her clients grow stronger in a way that safeguards them from injury and improves their functionality in everyday life so they may understand that pain doesn’t have to be a daily experience and age does not dictate fitness.
